The Grounded Wings is the English-language edition of the same autobiographical journey first published in Hindi as आकाश की ज़मीनी उड़ान. It follows an ordinary boy from an ordinary family. He had dreams, plans and a future in his mind—but very little idea of what life was preparing for him.
He thought he was moving toward his future.
Life was quietly preparing its own turns.
There were battles he had never imagined, losses he could not plan for, and moments that forced him to gather himself and begin again.
Years later, that same journey would become a book—and the beginning of something he had never originally set out to build: Veena Studios, a growing world of books, games, videos and ideas.
But this is not a story about what exists today.
The real question is: how did an ordinary boy reach here?
What did he see? What did he lose? What did he survive? And after all of it, why did he keep moving?
